I am the principle consultant and owner of Northwest Collision Reconstruction Services (NCRS). I have investigated over 2000 collisions to include those involving multiple fatalities, felonies, commercial vehicles, trains, motorcycles, pedestrians, and bicycles (30+ years experience). I have been called to assist in the investigations of complex crime scenes, assaults, murders and other felonies. I provide detailed photography, scene measuring, scale CAD diagrams, 3D animations for courtroom use, and testify as an expert witness in both District and Superior Courts. My guidance and expertise has been sought by prosecutors and other Law Enforcement agencies. I have instructed at the Washington State Patrol Academy and various police agencies in the field of collision investigation at the advanced, technical, and reconstruction level. Topics taught include Formula Derivations, Occupant Kinematics, Conservation of Linear Momentum, and Laws of Physics.
